We believe in the Gospel-the Good News-of Jesus Christ. That all mankind is born in sin and we are in ourselves unable to live up to God's holy standard. We need a Savior. The Son of God Himself came to earth to be that Savior. Jesus Christ took on human flesh, being born as a baby and lived a perfect life so that He could pay for our sin through the shedding of His blood on Calvary. We believe that Christ died for our sins, that He was buried, and that He rose the third day, forever defeating sin. Salvation is a free gift of God and is received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
